Chipping with Super Aladdin Live

Ok so I've got ropped into chipping my m8's X-box next week, not done an x-box before usually chip ps2's. Trying to get me head around this bios flashing and in desperate need of some advice. I got me a nice shinny new super aladin live chip and programer dongal. Putting the chip on the board and using the flash program not a prob. what i need to know is what bios to flash it with? he wants to play backup games. I've downloaded EvolutionX M8 bios is this up to the job? also I unpacked the RAR file and there are 2 bin files, one called m8.bin and the other m8_16.bin now which one do I write to the chip? also does it matter what version the x-box is?
