My PC reboots everytime I'm encoding Movies and etc. I have a P4 3.2 FSB800 CPU and I recently installed the Thermal Take Silent Tower CPU Cooler which has a heatsink,4 heatpipes and a 90mm silent fan. I have a pair of Corsair TWINX 1024-3200 memory modules and two case fans installed. During the encoding process I've looked at the Windows Task Manager and the CPU usage was around 100%.

The average temp on the CPU is around 45C and sometimes goes up to around 50C. Does anyone know what might be the problem and whats causing the PC to reboot? Can I please get some advice on how I can stop this from happening and what should be the average temp on a 3.2 CPU.
