How Can I Enable My UK(PAL) xbox HDTV option

Hello

I?ve got a UK xbox (Pal XBOX), the HDTV option is disabled by default, and I want to use my PAL XBOX with vd-z3 (The vd-z3 is a VGA Transcoder that will enable the xbox to be played on a pc monitor) this is done by enabling my p.scan for my xbox, in order to do so, I need to modded it, how can I do that?
