Can sombody help me? will the the new mod solve my idea? Iceman, i read your tutorial and its cool, execpt that im not forkin over that much cash. Have you got ahold of the new mod? I was searchin around and came across this gamecube memory card that had a usb drive built into it so that you could hook it up to your pc and save all you games on it. I want to use that idea but to make backups of all my games. u mentioned people running linux on thier cube, would that do the trick?

first off do you understand linux and how to use it
if not my recommendation would be to use the streaming guides on this site

main reason if you try to access something you are not normally suppose to access say the gamecubes stock operating system and accedently type a command in linux you really could do some damage to your gamecube
and lots of it

and the usb idea only works on saves not on backing up games
