Audio sync/unsync on different DVD players?

HI,

Can anyone explain me how it is possible that DVD created from XVid Avi-file works fine on my computer, on my Sony standalone DVD player, on Baze DVD-player, but on Philips DVDR75 player, audio and video goes out of sync?

Original avi was, DivX 5, NTSC 23,97 converted to PAL usin WinDVD 5.8. DVD burn using Nero 6.

Is the problem with DVD player or the DVD disc, or burning process itself?

The problem is with the Philips player. You should try posting in the DVD forums, you will probably find more usefull info there.
