No jitter readings with DVDInfo !! :-o

Hi i have a Pioneer DVR-108 with 1.18 firmware and i simply can't get jitter readings with DVDInfoPro.
Any help appreciated.

I have a DVR-108 and the most current firmware is 1.14. Are you sure its the right firmware? Iam bad just found out there is a new firmware 1.18 sorry!
