sorry for the dupe post. But back to Pinnacle... out of the box I was able to download a VHS tape to AVI...convert it to mpeg...and burn it using the VCD option. Bad thing is... my old standalone DVD wouldn't play it but my computer would...easily. I have to try the cd on a newer DVD player in order to say it worked 100%
