My dog cracked new girlfriends face plate on her HP-754n)comp.is there a place i can get parts for her pc?

Hey

You can get parts from HP Canada. Particular models are not listed for parts and you have to send them in fo repair. This comes with a criminal 399.99 flat rate that is rarely worth the price(laptops and some computers). Let's hope yours is not one of those models.
Call HP and ask for support number and they will tell you.
