Need Help With Burning Tenchu2 Stealth Assassins

Hey guys, i've read a few threads on here about burning a bin file + .cue file to disk using CDRWIN but there's a certain game i really want and i've tried the method of burning with CDRWIN but when it says it has burned i insert the disk and basically it doesn't load past the white SONY stage... could someone please tell me if there's another way to burn a .bin file to disk cos i really want tenchu2. (This is for PSOne not PS2)

what mod are you using? most mods have a ps1 boot method.
