I have never tried overclocking anything ever!! but I heard a lot about it.

Is it possible to overclock my AMD Athlon xp2800+ (Barton)?? I have an Asus A7V8X-MX mother board, and 512mb of some standard ram. if so, detailed details on how would be appreciated, thanks.

I?m getting some decent ram next year any suggestions max price £150 :P also any advice on cooling? cases, heat sinks, fans (I am poor btw)
