Can't record sat channels on my Panasonic DMR-E55

Hiya,

I just brough a panasonic DMR-E55 but i'm having trouble setting it up. I'm confdent i have followed the set up OK, but when i switch on the DVD from standby I can only view and record from my aerial and not the sat receiver. As soon as i put the machine to standby, the TV flashes and goes back to satalite.

Any help would be cool :-)
