No picture on HDTV from PC

I REALLY hope someone here can help me.

I have a GeForce 4200 ti video card with both DVI and VGA outputs on the back. I just bought a Samsung 30 inch (TSN2084WHD) HDTV which has a DVI input on the back.

The problem is this: When I connect the DVI output on my card to the DVI input on the TV I get nothing.

I have tryed shutting down and booting up with only the TV plugged into my card. I have tryed PowerStrip to play around with different resolutions (like 640x480p, 1920x1080i, etc.) but have yet to get ANY picture whatsoever. The manual says the TV supports 1080i, 720p, 480p input.

If nothing else, is there some sort of adapter that goes from DVI -> Y/Pb/Pr output? I'm sure picture quality would decrease, but this might be my only option.
