MESSED UP VIDEO??

My xbox's video is all messed up it keeps scrolling down the screen. I just got done installing slayers evox because i accidentaly did the xbox dash board update and i was looking at all the programs. The one i want to was called something video switch disk i think and i looked at it then i restarted my xbox and the video was screwed up. I have v/1.4 xbox and a xecutor 2.3b mod chip
