Batch EQ Filter for Mp3s?

My mp3 player has a three band EQ, but I'm especially picky when it comes to listening to music. I could live without it, but it would be nice to have a program to add an EQ filter to multiple files, similar to what Nero is able to do when creating an audio cd (but that only applies to wav format).

Any suggestions?
