help my music video have two language!!!???

i downloaded some sample, when i play it there're two language speaking at the same time, one is Mandarin and one is Vietnamese i could hear both of them at the same time. can anyone help me get rid of the Mandarin language, i just want to hear the Vietnamese language without the Mandarin language playing also thank. The file is MPG. VCD. i tried to configure the sound option but i didn't work.
