ISO to Bin/Cue

i've got a patched ISO of my copy of Winning Eleven 8, Problem is im on a mac, and altho ive got VPC7 i can't use my burner with it.

When i patched WE7 a year ago it was in Bin/cue format (you cant do that for WE 8) So toast will burn bin/cue but not ISO, Ive tried using Magic ISO but the game won't boot, Is there a way to change the img to bin/cue and get it to boot using toast, or do i have to use nero?

we8 is an iso because it's a dvd... I don't know if it's a good idea to convert a dvd iso to a bin/cue. you might have some luck getting the dvd-rip.

No its a DVD rip, i dont have a DVD burner.

Ive tried magic iso but that didnt work maybe im best off using Nero on my buddies PC?
