what's up with my Slide card?!

Why can't I get my slide card to work? I took apart the front thing and put the slide card under the tray and slide to the right, hooking on to the tray's track, but the tray doesn't come out at all should i just pull on it manually with pliers or my fingers? Thanks

You need to get the pin to move ALL the way to the right, then the tray will pop out slightly for you to then just pull out on the Slide/Swipe Card. Check the link in my signature for my tutorial with pics of the white pin you need to "grab".
