Cant get any loader other than GSim to Work

I can only get GC Simulator to work. On all the other loaders I just get a bunch of X's whenever I try to load. I find this odd because most people seem to be able to run all loaders except for GC Sim. Im working striaght from the command line, not using any gui's or anything. Connecting to my GC through a router, routers IP is 192.168.1.1, PC 192.168.1.100, GC 192.168.1.32. Anyone know what the problem may be?
