Backing up Action Replay MAX for PS2?

Is there a way to backup my Action Replay MAX for PS2? I've read about alot of people backing it up, but they don't say how. I've tried Alcohol 120%, CloneCD, WinISO but they don't work. Someone said they used DVD Decrypter but the version that I use says 'Disc not DVD' (version 3.5.1.0)Please tell me if there is a program/method to backup my disc because it is getting scratched and I don't want to buy another one for $60. By the way, if it matters, I'm from Australia using a PAL PS2 and the Action Replay is version 3.32 for European Consoles.

I think AR has special protection that needs cracking even if you're able to burn it.
