Hi I'm currently looking for a video capture device, not sure what I should get. Was leaning to spending no more than 50.00 dollars for something like a PCI video card with TV out. looking for recommendations from some of you more experienced members out there and could use some advice on what kind of programs I want to have when I order also. I'm looking to record shows and probably videos so any good advice will help. thanx
