I have done everything this site has suggested and nothing is working. I'm not even sure if I'm wasting my time with this. MY license ID and password and customer ID seem to be good, but I can't access anything with them. The website even emailed me back and suggested I use the numbers I'd already been using? Then I'm getting an access code that only seems to take me back to a chat site? I'm not even sure what that's about or what I'm supposed to see once I get into the site. Can anyone tell me if I can reactivate my legally purchased software? I'm mainly wanting DVD X-show. I'm not going to buy any more 321 software based on what I've already experienced.
