Im a complete amatuer at dvd burning so please be patient with me if I make no sense . I recently bought a new internal dvdrw drive. The "Emprex DVD Dual 8x". It is also shown to be called IDE1108 when using the Nero disk which came with it. Basically, it can read dvd+rw discs perfectly and burn to them perfectly aswell. However I need to be able to use dvd-rw discs in it also. For some reason these discs dont even show up if I put them in it. It is as if I hadnt even put a disc in. I have downloaded the latest firmware from LiveUpdate and that had no visible effect on the drive. Can anyone help me???
