Just got my x copy platium pre ban today, and cant get past burning, copies movies, all of the step 2 window stays gray, instead of turning yellow. Do I need a patch for windows service pak 2? do not know what version I have, cand find it??

Try uninstalling xcopy and reinstalling or re-download.
