I'm looking at getting a DVD Burner this week. What are the better ones out there to look at. Also what is the best media to get.

Also I read in a post are most PST games now a DVD format?

For the price and capabilities, the A08/108 is the best of the bunch. By flashing it you can enable - burn 4x media at 8x, change the read spead for DVD movies up to 12x and Region free it. All for $78 US shipping included from NewEgg.com.

dvd burners are backward compatible. meaning it will burn dvds as well as cd-r/rw. yes, you can make a mp3 cd with it, not only on cd-r but on dvd too. u can fit a whole lot of mp3s on a dvd compared to cd-rs. but mp3 dvds only play on dvd players that support mp3 playback. today's dvd burners are everything you need to make just about anykind of disc you want.
