Hello all

I just got the Artec VOM-12E48X 12x4x12x Internal DVD±RW Dual Drive

And keep getting power calibration errors when trying to back up a movie using DVD X COPY GOLD(old version)

I`m being told the media i`m using may be at fault....
The disks i have were included with the dvd burner,so before i call the vendor to complain ,I thought i`d ask whet you guys recommended i try
