Liteon LVW-5045 Widescreen switching problem

Hi,

I hope someone can help or advise if their Liteon has the same behaviour ?

When playing back widescreen DVD's (or Widescreen recordings from the HDD) the player refuses to switch my Toshiba Widescreen TV into widescreen automatically.

I've set the Liteon into Widescreen 16:9 in the menu and my NTL box that is connected to the Liteon by the 'IN Scart' switches the tv into widescreen fine when the Liteon is in standby.

This is quite annoying for an otherwise superb bit of kit, hopefully a firmware upgrade might fix it or perhaps its not compatible with my TV (26wl46 LCD).
All my other Video equipment switches the TV into Wide fine, its just the Liteon that seems to have problems.

I'm hoping its just something silly I've done (or not done !)
