My Liteon 5045 doesn't output stereo does yours?

It could be me! I just got it this week and was really loving it till I was challenged to hear stereo from it. I put in a Stereo CD it doesn't work. And I turned to a stereo tv channel on my cable box and it doesn't play in stereo.

Has anyone heard stereo output from the Liteon 5045? And how did you make it do that?
