Is it the HD Lock? What option is it that keeps a modded xbox from being banned?

Th HD must be locked ~ if you do have a HD>8g then it would have to be UPDATED before you ever went online. aka
box OEM HD ~ played live and updated then NEW HD ~ Banned Account
box NEW HD ~ played live and updated ~ Account Clean

Modchip must be off/removed your choice.
