I downloaded it. Now what, how do I burn it to DVD. I got Winrar. But I dont know how to use it

If its in an ISO format, you just burn that to a dvd. if its a .rar, then use extract it contents. its very simple if you just play with it for a few secs. if winrar is installed, right click on the .rar you want to extract and youll see several options for extrating it to various places.
