1st time backing up ps2 cds

I have backed up several ps2 dvd games w/ dvd decryptor. But recently have tried to backup a couple of my older games which happen to be cds. Knockout Kings 2001 and SSX (the 1st one). I have a swapmagic cd (and dvd) w/ fliptop and have tried to backup each of these games one with alcohol 120 and the other w/ clonecd. Neither have worked for me, both giving me red screens when I attempt to load with swapmagic cd. I looked on swapmagicfix.com and neither of these games are mentioned. Is there a different way to backup cd games that I don't know about or what?.. Any help is much appreciated
