i have a acer aspire 1681wlmi notebook with a combo burner: qsi dvd rw sdw-042. at first, i burned a couple of dvd-r okay, afterward i received writing error with all my dvd-r...i used nero to burn. i think i need to update my firmware or something else?...yall guys please help me.

You might want to check what version you have now by downloading dvdinfopro. It will tell you info on your drive and firmware.
