i have been using dvd shrink for a long time only long encoding and burning time but always worked. the other day i was in my device manager and noticed a yellow question mark on my "other devices" i then updated drivers and ever since i get the scsi command aborted error it encodes fine. i have and external nec dvd_rw nd-2510a any suggestions. oh yeah i tried to restore and it wouldn't work please help i have a lot of dvd's i got for x=mas i need to back up
