Try installing AnyDVD and then use decrypter. I always leave AnyDVD running in the back ground and it seems to help with the problem disks. You can also just try copying that VOB file to your hard drive threw explore of course you have to have AnyDVD running. Could just also be this part of the disk is dirty or scratched.

Good Luck

Try cleaning the disk really really good. I suspect it is a problem with the original disk. I have run into a few of these my cure is always DiskDr that baby really works and I highly reccomend the investment you can find one here http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000090W8J/qid=1105493011/sr=8-1/ref=pd_csp_1/102-9509103-6973742?v=glance&s=electronics&n=507846

Just as I had suspected :-)

Your investment in the DiskDr is a very good one trust me I have used mine on a lot of disks that had problems and presto they worked everytime after using the DiskDr all but one that is I guess it was FUBAR anyway I just got another copy and all is well.

I'm glad your problem is solved :-)
