I have just brought a Maxtor 300GB hard drive. It shows up in the Bios (menu) but i cannot access it in my computer please can anyone help me

go to
control panel>administrative tools>computer management

click on disk management

select your drive, and partition and format it

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
