What are the best settings for SNes Station?

I was woindering if any of you know the best sound settings, etc to get optimmum perfermence with snes station. I've learned that if you just put the emuklator on ntsc and not auto then it loads games better. However what is the best setting for sound? I figure that would be the best way to increase performance.

And if anyone knows how to get StarFox and Mario RPG to play well in specifc that would be awesome!
