I am sick of fooling with these free mp3 sites and am looking for a good pay site . I would prefer one where you pay one price per month or year. is there anything out there like this??

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

I use KLiteTK for downloading my music and other stuff. I believe it's $19 for a whole year. www.klitetk.com

I have used allofmp3.com for a couple of years now, It costs something like 2 cents per meg you can select your preffered bitrate and encoding,
