follow this guide:

it shows how to convert using software called FFDShow, which supports XviD as well as DivX.

I have follow the instructions, but when i start to encode, tmpgenc encodes only 20 seconds and close up itself ????

install FFDShow and then use Virtual Dub as a frameserver, see if this works better for you.
