I was wondering if anyone can tell me of some free software that would remove the voice from a song so i can only hear the music. I am new to all this and any help would be appricated

hi, i dont know the names of any specific softwares offhand, you could try searching google or cnet.com or something.

From my experience softwares that do this sort of thing usually give out mixed results, depending on the type of music vocals and stuff. your best bet really is to find an instrumental version of the track if at all possible. it really depends what your trying to acheive (some sort of remixing) or youre just trying to get a hold of the tune itself
