well i was wondering what good programs can i get to shrink the dvd ganes to fit onto cdrs?

sly_61019 is completely right, there is no way in hell that you are going to get a 4.25 GB game on a 700 MB CD-R, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE. Buy a DVD burner for $100, maybe even cheaper now days??
