Can Anyone help with my router setup???

I have tried searching all forums over the internet since I began Bittorrent 2 weeks ago and I cannot find the setup for my specific router. I have found articles about Linksys setup, involving the port forwarding and such, but nothing about D-link. I have no catagory for port forwarding. I have tried something with the triggering, which I took a screen shot of (www.flyguy2020.netfirms.com/pic1.gif) Can anyone take a look and see if that is helping or not? I have tried other settings, but nothing seems to help my download speed. It is always less than 15kb/s.
