Can't copy the movie Girl with a Pearl Earring

I have been reading this forum for a good while now and have found out an answer to every one of my problems. But for some reason the movies Girl With a Pearl Earring and Beethoven's 5th will not backup. I usually use the DVD Shrink then burn with Nero. With The Girl with a Pearl Earring it will not get through the initial analysis. With DVD Decrypter it keeps popping up I/O errors. I've also tried to run AnyDVD in the background. Beethoven's 5th will start to encode in DVD Shrink and then freeze. I am using the newest versions of both and I have clened both of the DVD's. Any information would be helpful.Oh and I was trying these movies in Full Disc mode in DVD Shrink because I would like to keep my menus. Thank You.
