ok i found the tutorial of how to rip PS2 games. Now I have another question and the question is Whats a good PS2 and Dreamcast Emulator and how do i get them to work?

That Type Of Question Is Not Meant For Here, but I will answer it nonetheless..

A PS2 emulator is practically non existent yet.
I don't know about dreamcast emulator's but I suggest www.lastend.com you can get high-quality ROMS and Emulators there.
