Problem on burn a couples of AVI files on a DVD......

I got a serious problem.
Everyone does know WinAVI Video Converter can convert a movie file to a DVD form, some files like .BUP , .IFO , and .VOB .
My question is, after they have been convert to another form, every movie's filename are same. Like 'VIDEO_TS.BUP' , 'VTS_01_0.IFO',
no matter what they from, they have same name.

If i have 2 movie file, and i want to burn on a single DVD, what could i do?

I can only think of a silly way --> combine the movie files before the convertion. But can i do something else??
