I think Nero only makes their own image files (.nrg), not iso. So you can create a nrg image, than convert it to .iso using something like Isopen. To make the image in Nero, in the menu where you select your burner, select image drive.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
