Don't buy any software for burning your ps2 games. Download 'Dvd Decrypter' for free from this site. It definitely works the best and is completely simple to use.

DO NOT get DVD Decrypter! It is a free program and unfortunately in this world you get what you pay for. I know that people do have success with that program, but I hear about more problems with it than any other program for burning games. Remember you get what you pay for. I would reccomend Nero, it is just as simple and more reliable. I have backed up over 200 games using 2-3 point and click steps with that program, and no coasters yet. Just because something is free doesn't mean it's the best.

@ Danbrooke
I think you are the only person to have ever complained about DVD Decrypter being a bad program.

Nero fanboy, yeah pretty much! I just don't understand why 85% of the "problem" questions concerning burning programs on these forums generate from using DVD Decrypter... How many times do you have to hear, "So & so game will not copy, I have tried using DVD Decrypter... blah, blah, blah..." before going crazy? I would rather just stay away from the program all together.

dude, think about it. Because its obviously the most widely used program. The more newbies using a program the more problems it can develop. Even though it is simple as hell. But the program clearly works fine since there is a huge number of people who use it.

Yeah, actually, I've been using DVD Decrypter for the last 8 months. I've used it to backup DVDs, to backup games, to burn, or just to archive my old DVDs.
I've never had a problem with it. DVD Decrypter is pretty much a ONE-CLICK solution for everything. (Unless you need to size down a dual-layer DVD, then you need DVD Shrink)
Not only that, but DVD Decrypter runs faster for me than Alcohol or Nero. However, they all have their uses, and I keep all three :D

I find using Nero 6 to just straight copy the CDs/DVDs is just so much easier and quicker.

do not use DVD Decrypter! That program is complete crap! I have over 200+ backups, and I have tried the standard ISO read and then ISO write method for about 50 different games, and now I have about 50 coasters! Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I have NEVER gotten it to work
