Need Help With HD Loader files

I'm trying to move files from one HD to another. The drive with HD Loader doesn't have windows installed on it so windows won't recognize it. First question is, is this even possible? I tried using hdl dump and winhiip but the programs are kind of complicated and I don't know what to do. Thanks for any help.
