what about something called a cdda fix tool for the gamecube... apparently its by 'orbital' and i'm pretty sure i need it to fix alien hominid and ikaruga as both thier music is drowned out by a loud hissing/static noise.
i've tried looking on a few of the more popular bittorrent sites, newgroups, and irc but no luck...
if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great...
thanks.

i may have found it at a certain site which is hosted by a certain member here, it doesnt contain the exact program, but it does also come with a bunch of other GC tools.

ERROR: Invalid GCM file!
i'm trying to patch ikaruga (ntsc) with the ViperTemporaryAudioFix...... any help on this would be great, thanks.

@5000, the thingy works but haven't got it to start with the gui, the program just closes when i want to fix a "garbage removed" file. But I use the GUI to open a file and see if the proggie recommends fixing it... then i open up the DOS box and run it like this:
"fstfix13f image.gcm t s f".
I was relieved they released this thing so I could still burn my older games that were "cleaned" for streaming purpose... =)
grtz
ps: i opened up my site to give the gamecube backup scene a nice complete package! I just love to watch
the little visitor counter each day and see it increase...
Recommend it people! Soon I'll be adding the most complete tutorial ever made for creating and running
backups...
