Troubles ripping DVD RW from Sanyo DRW500

I have recorded some good quality DVDRW's with my Sanyo DRW500 but by the time I try to rip them either using DVD Srink; DVD Ripper simply copy-paste files with NERO I have errors. Is the problem related with the DVDRW's brand (Phillips)?
I tried with some Office Depot and it didn't even was recognized by my computer.
I've tried also to finalize the media with no success, can anybody advise?
