I have a very valuable old tapes and wish to convert it it on a cd .
Is there is a such way that I can do it mean record it from tape to my PC then on cd.

I've done this several times and a good inexpensive software package to sue is called DART XP Pro or DART CD Recorder. Go to http://www.dartpro.com/ to learn more.
