Hi everybody,
My toshiba SD-R6012 DVD-RW/CD-RW drive used to burn DVDs and CDs but recently it is not recognizing any DVD's except few video DVD's(i couldn't understand why it is recognizing only few types of DVD-R's).
I tried updating the firmware but couldn't do it successfully because when ever i am trying to install the firmware it says it couldn't recognize the required drive(Toshiba SD-R6012).

Please please help me on this....
any kind of help is appreciated.
